Public Offer for a Charitable Donation

1. General provisions

This document is the official public offer of the Charitable Organization "Staryi Druh" Charity Foundation (the "Foundation") to conclude an agreement on a voluntary charitable donation under the terms below, pursuant to Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations". By making a donation, you (the "Donor") fully accept the terms of this offer.

2. Definitions

Donor — a legally capable person who voluntarily makes a donation. Foundation (Recipient) — the Charitable Organization "Staryi Druh" Charity Foundation. Donation — a voluntary, gratuitous transfer of funds by the Donor to the Foundation. Website — the Foundation's website at staryidruh.com. Acceptance — full acceptance of this offer by making a donation.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Donor voluntarily and gratuitously transfers funds (a charitable donation) to the Foundation, which uses them for its statutory purposes: rescue, treatment, care and rehoming of homeless animals, and other statutory objectives.

4. Amount and procedure

The Donor determines the amount independently. A donation may be one-time or monthly. It is made via the form on the Website followed by a transfer to the Foundation's bank details set out below and on the support page.

5. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded (acceptance occurs) when the Donor confirms intent (clicks "Support" on the Website) and/or actually transfers funds to the Foundation's account.

6. Rights and obligations

The Foundation undertakes to use the funds solely for its statutory purposes. The Donor confirms the funds are lawfully theirs and the donation is voluntary and without consideration.

7. Non-refundability

A charitable donation is voluntary and non-refundable. Refunds are possible only in the cases provided by the Refund Policy (in particular, an erroneous or accidental payment, or a technical error).

8. Personal data

The Donor's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

9. Liability and force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure. Matters not covered by this offer are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
